- In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will receive a full refund through the original payment method.
- If the event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. No refunds will be issued for postponements.
2. Merchandise Refund Policy
- Purchased merchandise is non-refundable unless it is defective or damaged upon receipt.
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase and images of the issue.
- Exchanges may be offered depending on stock availability.
3. Vendor & Exhibitor Refund Policy
- Vendor and exhibitor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled.
- If an exhibitor or vendor cannot attend, booth fees will not be refunded but may be transferred to a future event, subject to approval.
